Tuition Collection Fee for Monthly Payment Plans

For monthly payers, we use a tuition collection company called Smart Tuition. This service offers the convenience of different payment options. There is an annual per-family fee of $25 to be a monthly payer and use Smart Tuition.

Volunteer Opt-Out Fee

We encourage all of our families to volunteer at the school to meet the parent volunteer requirements. For those who are unable to do so, there is a volunteer opt-out fee of $1000 per family. This is billed at $100 per month, September through June.

Field Trip and Special Event Fees

Elementary students usually go on approximately three paid field trips per year for cultural enrichment or to enhance their historical and scientific studies. We typically charge parents a fee of $5-10 to cover the cost of the trip.

High school students (9th grade and up) attend a high school protocol event in the spring term. The fee for this is usually around $50 a student.
